On-campus
Residence halls on campus are rated as either 10 Mbps or 10/100 Mbps, depending on location. Locations listed as 10/100 Mbps will allow devices capable of 100 Mbps to connect at this speed, but devices rated as 10 Mbps can still connect. Devices rated at 100 Mbps will only operate at 10 Mbps when connected in locations designated as 10 Mbps.
Connection speed by building
Connection speeds are 10 Mbps or 10/100 Mbps, depending upon building and location.

Current computers
Most computers purchased today will either built-in Ethernet ports or have Ethernet card already installed. Sometimes, these computers will have Ethernet ports that can operate at 1 Gbps, and may be listed as 10/100/1000 Mbps. These will only operate at either 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps depending on location.
