Residential Computing Connection provides technical resources to the on-campus community in the way of computer labs and computing locations in the residence halls.

Helpdesk

The Residential Computing Connection Helpdesk is available to assist with issues you may encounter while using university provided computers or you personal computer in the residence halls. We provide both help over the phone and in person via walk-ins as well as sending our consultants out to resolve issues.

Computer Labs

Each residence hall and small group house contains at least one computer lab, which each one having a combination of Dell and Apple computers as well as a black and white laser printer.

Group Project Areas

Group Project Areas, can be likened to islands of computers in the residence halls. They are setup up with group work in mind.

Music Lab

Working with the Music Department, we have setup music labs in two residence halls. These labs have a music keyboard connected to an iMac and various software installed to assist with creating digital music.
